A birthday party at Tumblebees is more than just a gymnastic lesson… It is an opportunity to introduce your child and his or her friends to one of today’s most popular activities. The unique party atmosphere of our air-conditioned gymnasium provides the backdrop for songs, dance, relay races, obstacle course and basic routines on all of the gymnastics equipment. Your child and friends will enjoy one hour and a half of gymnastics instruction and gymnastics games led by qualified instructors. Our enthusiastic coaches encourage participation by all children. Then it is time for celebration with birthday cake, food and drinks. A birthday party at Tumblebees is one your child will never forget! A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve your party for two hours. You bring the birthday cake and refreshments, we provide the great time!

Suggestions

Book of matches or a lighter for candles and a cake knife – Due to the nature of our business, Tumblebees does not keep matches, lighters or knives on the premises.
You may want to bring drink boxes with straws for your party guests.
Containers or wrappers for your left over food

What to avoid bringing

Please no ice cream, or frozen yogurt cakes, cheese doodles, pixie sticks, loose sugar or unwrapped candy allowed in your favor bags or piñatas

Can my party be extended for a longer period of time?

At TumbleBees, we try to accommodate the needs of our customers. If time and scheduling permits, parties can be extended. Additional fee applies – Please call us.

Are gratuities for the coaching staff permissible? What is the customary amount?

Tipping of coaches is acceptable, if you feel that they have helped you and your child have an enjoyable birthday experience at Tumblebees. While there is no per-determined amount, 15% of the birthday party cost seems to be the traditional amount.

Parties can be extended by ½ hour or 1 hour at an additional cost (depending on availability). Please inquire when booking.

Cancellation Policy:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. A four-week notice is required for cancellation. No refunds will be given for less than a four-week notice to cancel or change party date.
