As per USAG guidelines, all entries must be accompanied by your team entry on the meet reservations website.

To register, please visit https://usagym.org/app/meetRegistration.html and register on USAG under meet reservations. Then, print your final entry and mail to us with a check. Credit cards accepted but subject to a 3.5% surcharge.

NO refunds of entry fees even if clubs enter an unqualified athlete. Clubs that need the final 2 weekends before the state meet to qualify an athlete will have the choice to enter the athlete by deadline date with no refund if they do not qualify – or wait and if the athlete qualifies then enter the athlete late paying the entry fee plus the $50 late fee.

Refunds for injuries will be given up until 10 days prior to the first day of the meet with medical verification.
